Milestones

• Planted 21,616 indigenous trees along riparian land in six WRUAs.
• Distributed 3,031 assorted fruit tree seedlings to farmers for livelihood enhancement.
• Sensitized 564 land owners on Prosoil technologies.
• Planted 208,817 vetiver grass slips to control surface runoff.
• 16,602.93 meters of terraces were done in six WRUAs.
• Planted 160,112 cuttings of super napier, 600 tissue culture bananas and 354kgs of Mucuna to conserve soil in the six WRUAs.
• Conducted citizen science training on water quality and quantity in the WRUAs.
